Shipping Policy


Thank you for shopping with Mangos Bookish Bundles! Every order is carefully packed with love and attention to detail. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.


Processing Time


Orders are processed in the order they are received. Current processing time is typically 5 to 14 business days, unless otherwise announced during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.


If your order includes a custom or made-to-order item, additional processing time may be required.


Shipping


Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.


Multiple Orders


If you place multiple orders, they may be combined and shipped together when possible. If combined shipping is available, any applicable shipping overpayment may be refunded at our discretion.


Incorrect Addresses


Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.


If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We can only update an address if your order has not yet shipped.


Returned Packages


If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to claim the package, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you once it has been received.


Customers are responsible for the cost of reshipping the package. If you prefer not to have the order resent, a refund may be issued for the item(s) only, minus the original shipping cost.


If a package is returned multiple times, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund for the item(s) only, minus all shipping costs incurred. We may also require address verification before attempting to resend the package again.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages


Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.


If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first to open a claim.


Damaged Items


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can review your request.


Holiday & Sale Periods


During holidays, special promotions, or large sales events, processing times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and will keep customers updated through our social media pages whenever possible.
