Bundles Preferences

A little guidance helps us get to know your style! Our surprise bundles are curated from available inventory, so a preference note is a request, not a custom order or a guarantee.

What to include in your note

Share your favorite colors, themes, stationery styles, or how you plan to use your goodies, such as journaling, planning, or gifting. These details can help guide our selections when suitable items are available within the product you purchased.

How to leave a preference

Use the optional “Add a note for your bundle” box on our homepage. Keep your note to 250 characters and specify which bundle or recipient it is for if you are ordering more than one. Leaving a note is optional; your bundle will still be curated if you leave it blank.

What we cannot guarantee

Each bundle remains a surprise. We cannot guarantee a particular item, brand, color, theme, design, or combination. Requests to exclude themes or items are not guaranteed either. A preference note does not change the item quantities or product types described in the listing, or add extra items.

Duplicates and unavailable requests

You can mention items you already own or preferences you have shared before. We can use that information as guidance, but duplicate items may occur within or across orders, and duplicate-free selections are not guaranteed.

If a requested item, color, or theme is unavailable, we will curate from the inventory available for the product you purchased. Your bundle may include different items or themes, including ones you asked to avoid. If a specific inclusion or exclusion is essential to you, please do not rely on a surprise bundle or preference note to meet that requirement.
